2012: A Year in Review – An ebook look into Lech Naumovich Photography

2012 ebook previewI’ve been working on trying to recap and learn from my past year of photography. This year, for the first time, I’ve taken on creating an ebook with my 16 favorite images, and offering it as a sort of brief, updated portfolio.

Without taking the words away from the book I simply offer it by here for free download.

All rights are reserved, FYI, but I thought this would be a nice way of not just presenting pure images, but adding text specific to what made those images so important to me. Sometimes I even give some technical clues and notes about how I created the exposure. Mostly, I wanted to recall and remember some of the moments that made me think “aw-yeah, I nailed it!”

Why did I select these images? Well, you’ll have to read a few lines about each. Know that it wasn’t easy selecting only 16, so many great pics were left out not because I didn’t think they were great, but because I was limiting myself to 16.

I’ve also provided links to some of the great projects that are associated with the images such as the Altride, native plant conservation, oak woodland conservation, and saving Point Molate, among others. I’ve hot-linked those notes so you can easily click on them and learn more about each project.

Please do let me know what you think through a comment or a personal note if you please. Now onward to 2013! Please hit “like” on the Facebook page if you want more regular updates: https://www.facebook.com/Lechphoto

Most importantly, thanks everyone for an amazingly wonderful year!

Mad love,

Lech
